These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your organization’s use of Vartaq (“Platform”), operated by Kwiqwork Tech Studio LLP. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The Platform lets your organization connect a WhatsApp Business Account, run an AI agent over the conversation, and manage resulting support tickets. Messaging is delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your team’s use of the Platform.
• You must have the right to message the phone numbers your agent contacts, and must comply with WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging throughput and reliability also depend on Meta’s own platform and your number’s quality rating.

Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request account/data deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp’s policies.
