Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your organization’s data from Vartaq, including account details, WhatsApp Business Account connection information, and stored conversation/ticket history, at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@vartaq.comfrom the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your organization name so we can locate your records.

What happens next

• We will verify the request comes from an authorized user of the account.
• We will delete your organization’s account, WABA connection records (including revoking our access to your WhatsApp Business Account), and associated conversation and ticket data within 7 business days.
• We will confirm by email once deletion is complete. Some records may be retained longer where required by law.

Disconnecting WhatsApp directly

You can also revoke this Platform’s access to your WhatsApp Business Account directly from Meta Business Settings at any time, independent of a deletion request made to us.
